Non-refundable registration fee $50.00 due at the time of registration. Second child $25.00 registration fee. Third child FREE - no registration fee. First month's tuition due by the 20th of the first month that the student enrolls in classes. See class list for tuition rates, class descriptions, and student levels by ages. Monthly tuition rates will not be pro-rated for student absences, holiday weeks, or weather cancellations.
Tuition payments are due no later than the 20th of each month. A $10.00 late fee will be added for any tuition payments received more than 10 days past due date. Audience of One, LLC accepts checks, Visa/Mastercard, and Autopay. Checks can be made payable to Audience of One, LLC. If you would like to set up autopay

I acknowledge and consent to allow Audience of One LLC to use:photos and/or videos of my child/myself in publications (such as flyers/brochures), advertisements (such as newspapers or online ads), our studio’s website, or on social media sites (such as the studio’s facebook or instagram account). I understand that in some cases, my child and/or my name may be used. I further understand no financial compensation will be given for use of these photos/videos.
I/we realize that participation in dance classes and activities could involve some possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents and injuries may occur. By signing this release form, I/we (the dancer and parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by Audience of One LLC.I/we agree to release and hold harmless Audience of One LLC including its teachers, dancers, staff members, and facilities used by both entities from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold Audience of One LLC liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur on the premises before, during or after classes or at another facility when representing Audience of One LLC. Furthermore, I/we agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behavior in addition to any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by Audience of One LLC.I understand that Audience of One LLC is a licensed and insured business. In the event that I/we should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during or after my/our classes, I/we agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to the Owner, Director, Instructor or Staff member as soon as possible.
